Emcee Reg Chapman, WCCO-TV
We are so grateful Reg Chapman emceed our EMERGE Together event on October 5! Reg is an award-winning journalist/reporter with WCCO TV and is a highly community-minded leader who has contributed his time and talents to many organizations, especially those serving youth and families in North Minneapolis.
Reg has been a reporter in New York City and in Pittsburgh where he has covered an array of important stories. He has received the Edward R Murrow Award for Investigative Reporting and several Associated Press awards and Journalism honors, including being honored as a Black Achiever by the YMCA.
A special thanks to singer songwriter Ashley Dubose who performed at our event!
Ashley is a singer-songwriter who burst on the scene nationally when she wow’d judges of the NBC performance competition show The Voice in their 5th season. Ashley hails from Minneapolis and has created captivating bodies of work such as “Something more” and “Be You” In addition to parenting, writing and performing music, teaching, and doing on-camera and voice-over acting, she feels privileged to travel the world performing at private and corporate events.
