EMERGE’s Employment Services are a continuum meant to support you through all your employment, jobs, and workforce needs. Our most commonly asked questions are answered below. Can’t find the answers you need? Contact us.

Click the “Take First Steps” to fill out the eligibility form, then a coach will reach out to finish enrolling you in programs.

Support services are a benefit of enrolling in our programs. Once you are working with a coach, they will determine which support services you’re eligible for and how you can access them. Some examples of support services are: transportation assistance, rental assistance, technology, and emergency funding.

If you need immediate assistance finding a job, we can help. However, at EMERGE, we seek to set you up with employment long-term, which is why we ask that you enroll in programming, work with a coach to create tailored goals and plans, then search for a job that suits your needs.

EMERGE works with employers in two ways: through existing connections from placing previous participants in jobs there or we seek out employers that match your needs.

Yes. We are a HIPAA-compliant agency, and we prioritize your privacy.

You don’t need to have a high school diploma to work with us. We will assist you in securing temporary work and provide resources to complete your GED.

That’s what we’re here for! We will work with you to develop a career plan and job search materials.
