Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Training
This intense high impact course is designed to equip career services employees with the needed industry tools to guide participants in their career planning. This 120-hour program targets the 12 career development competency areas outlined by the Facilitating Career Development Training Program put out by the National Career Development Association (NCDA), a program approved by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE).
GCDF®/CCSP Training course is intended for anyone providing career services in employment and workforce development.
Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to apply for two credentials: The Certified Career Services Provider™ (CCSP), issued by the NCDA Credentialing Commission; and The Global Career Development Facilitator Credential (GCDF®), issued by the Center for Credentialing and Education.
To be eligible for a GCDF credential, you must meet the following three thresholds:
- You must commit to abide by the GCDF Code of Ethics
- You must complete a required amount of supervised career development experience commensurate with your level of education
- You must complete a 120-hour (minimum) comprehensive training of the 12 GCDF core competencies using an approved curriculum
Course Cost: $1,100 includes student manual & lunch.
